I asked for a specific part and he spoke to me like I was an idiot about the prongs not lining up, I trusted him and got the (more expensive) part he recommended. Ended up having to come back because that part didn’t work!! I asked again for the part I originally wanted and he acted like I asked him to build Rome. Very terrible service, will not be coming back.

Greeted me as soon as I walked in even though she was with a customer , there was a line forming and there was three other guys working there all of them were at the battery testing and commercial side laughing and joking and she asked for help with the line three times to no avail . She didn’t get mad didn’t say a word she just handled business and got through the line when she got to me she explained the difference in quality when it came to head lights and my break lights and helped me weigh options in real time , she didn’t have to explain all that she did and the fact that she did all of that after fighting an uphill battle with no help from her co workers that blatantly ignored her request for help and did it like a boss speaks volumes !! Justice will now be my go to for car parts and I will only be at this store if she’s on shift , if these guys ignored her and the customers at noon on. A Saturday I’d hate to see operations without her being here crazy!! Justice thank you for all your help and to auto zone this girl needs a raise a promotion and store leadership should be questions after the disrespect. Witnessed towards her that’s all I’m saying !! Way to go girl !!
