  I am disappointed with what happened to me today on your AutoZone magazine I came to buy a part at the commercial counter, he asked me for the commercial code, I gave him the code and the phone number of the company, they called the company but they did not answer their call, following that I did not buy the part I need while other car store zone I had no problem just with this south high street rental. I apologize for this testimony but they are far from professionalism they do not welcome customers properly

  Not a very customer friendly location and if I had the choice I would go someplace else to buy a new battery. O'Reilly's is just a short distant away and I wish we had gone there instead, I probably would've gotten treated better there. I'm sure they would've at least looked up from the computer screen and acknowledged me when I askedto use the restroom. I also don't think they would've thrown a tool bag on the counter at my husband and said "This is all we have" when he asked to borrow a wrench & socket to get the battery out on my Dodge Citadel. I realize the amount of homeless and addicts roaming around in this particular area is daunting, but if I had at least been given a courtesy glance she would've noticed I was an actual paying customer. So I will hold till my husband gets the battery replaced (hopefully) and leave a less than happy review about their level of customer service at this location.
