- MLMike LetterOct 9, 20251.0Went to AutoZone the other day bought bulbs on the way up from Kentucky misplaced the receipt went in the store to return was told could swap for the right ones they scan my ID it got denied never have I made a return so my son tried his then my daughter all denied the manager knows us so he tried his he got denied he then try to couple different ones all denied call the number on the receipt they said AutoZone blocked all those numbers what a way to piss a customer off gather my information for a false chance at exchanging for the right ones last time there do not like companies the gather information under a fraudulent pretense
