As I did a first time DIY job of replacing a CV axle and intermediate shaft, I had made tons of stops and returns and during that time I had issue with one large Caucasian gentleman denying my returns, once stating the items had been returned and I had to reach out to customer service who provided me info to give again to store. I attempted to return a universal u joint and was denied stating it’s not a loaner tool. If that happens to you I would suggest going to another location and don’t just take his word. If I get his name I’ll try to come back to update it in the review. I did like self checkout they used to have, but I can imagine many were untrustworthy

I started misfiring on my way to work, so I limped off the highway to the nearest autozone, where Corey helped me read my code, diagnosed the issue, lent me the tools necessary, and gave me tips on how to replace the parts in question. He was very friendly and supportive. Keith ensured afterwards that my needs had been met, and they even offered to let me wash my hands in their employee sink. I was very stressed and worried when I pulled up, but their kindness made the experience far more positive than it would have been otherwise. I live in east downtown, but I will be making the drive from here on out to the Dublin Granville location just to give this place my business! Top notch service 😁
