- NENatalia EscuderoFeb 19, 20265.0*NEW LOCATION/NEW BUILDING* I stopped at this AutoZone after being poorly mistreated at a nearby AutoZone in close proximity. I had just bought a battery this past July, but it was faulty. Due to it being under warranty, I wanted to have it looked at/replaced. Brian F, the Parts Sales Manager greeted me with such love as soon as I walked in. He took care of me and treated me so well. While being there I noted that almost all of the employees appeared happy wanted to be there. I spoke with the Store Manager, Kayla, and I let her know that I was taken care of way above how I thought things were going to go, and applauded her on how she was taking care of her team. It really does make a difference on how people work. I will send anyone that needs anything care wise to this location and to ask for Brian. Thank you for making a bad experience turn into an happy one.
