  Travel during the shut down isn’t what you would call fun. I come to Columbus often and the rental car guys at Alamo are typically pretty good whether it’s a late night or midday flight. Today they were really jovial and helpful. Ty helped me out at the counter and was really nice letting the customers before me know they were unfortunately sold out of cars. Carlos helped me pick out an SUV that met the size requirements I had for the week. Matt was working the booth and pulled me from a separate line to his booth because he didn’t have a line. All in all, just kind of nice to interact with a smooth process and chill people

  We rented a car to head out of town and unfortunately got rear ended 15 minutes down the road, thankfully we are ok and we were still able to drive the car. We headed back to exchange the car, upon arriving Abdi and Devin were so helpful and made the switch so quick and easy. Amazing customer service from these two!

  renting from Alamo was a breeze a piece of cake. The car was wonderful picking it up and dropping it off was so easy. It really made renting a car pleasant.

  I was initially discouraged and frustrated due to a negative experience I had at a previous Alamo location. When I arrived at the CMH Alamo, I was still upset about the situation. However, I was fortunate to be assisted by a manager named Jaylen. He took the time to listen to my concerns, remained professional and polite throughout our interaction, and went above and beyond to make things right. Although the issue I was facing did not originate at his location, Jaylen took ownership of the situation and resolved it with empathy and efficiency. Positive customer service like this makes all the difference. I truly appreciate Jaylen’s professionalism, his excellent communication, and his willingness to turn a negative experience into a positive one. Thank you, Jaylen, for representing Alamo so well and restoring my confidence in the company.

  This was my first time renting with Alamo and they are now at the top of my list for future rentals. Laura checked us out on our arrival, Toney checked us in on our return. They are both fantastic employees with good spirit and positive attitudes that make you want to return to do business with them again. The woman directing customers to the vehicles in the lot on the morning of Saturday 10/25/25 was equally as great. Really good crew at this Alamo location. The selection of cars is top tier as well. Cannot thank you all enough.
