  Just arrived in Columbus with a 7 month old and got told despite having a reservation, there were no vehicles available. No help or alternative offered. Just load up 2 suitcases, 2 backpacks, a stroller, a car seat and a baby back onto the shuttle in the cold rain at night and go back to get a ride share. Absolutely never doing business with Alamo again and will make sure nobody I know will either.

  Great experience with Alamo at John Glenn Columbus International (CMH). The shuttle from the terminal was quick and frequent. Huge shoutout to Sammi at the check-in counter—she was incredibly helpful and helped me navigate an upgrade to get the specific features I needed for my Ohio road trip. The vehicle was ready exactly when promised, clean, and the return process was a breeze. Highly recommend for a stress-free start to your trip!

  Top notch service and the airport location allowed us to choose our car. Our first car, a Mazda, had a faulty infotainment system but switching was as easy as parking and grabbing another vehicle. Would rent again!
