    I had a great time with my rental experience. Jaylan was great in helping me get the rental contract, as was Matt. Kusai was the most superb because he wrote the contract and explained the minutiae of it. He fully explained how the fuel option worked and the pros and cons of the vehicles, and ultimately was integral in helping me to select the Jeep Compass. It was awesome! Upon return, I was welcomed back warmly by Abdi and Kervin and they ensured that my experience was perfect. And indeed it was. Thanks so much Alamo! I will not rent with any other company and will definitely return. Thanks for helping to make my Thanksgiving memorable. <3

    Very friendly and accommodating staff. Check-in/out was fast. They did not have the car that I selected on my advanced reservation (hence 4 stars) but they were very apologetic and adjusted the rate to make it work.

    Easy pick-up and drop-off process! ✈️ Right after arrival at the airport, you pick up; the car is ready right in front of you. You just take off and bring it back to where you picked it up; it takes no time. Just convenient and better value for the same class than others. My experience was at Columbus, OH airport. I definitely will use it again! 👍 #Travel #Convenience #Airport #Car #Value #Experience
