    On January 1st, I went to buy a battery for my truck. The guy who helped me asked for my first and last name, so I gave him my driver’s license because my last name is hard to pronounce. He never gave my ID back, and I didn’t realize I had left it there until about a week later. After a week, I went back to the store to get my ID. The manager helped me, but at first he refused to give it back. He said that the employee I gave my ID to claimed that I had borrowed a tool and left my ID as a guarantee, which never happened. After arguing and asking for video proof, he finally gave me my driver’s license back What I think happened is that the cashier used my ID that I forgot there so he could take a tool home for free.

    I have called 3 times, The first call the store had me on hold for 13 minutes, I called again gentleman answered said can you please hold I told him no he had me on hold for 13 minutes, he placed me on hold again, 3rd time I called I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor he put me on hold again, I am current employer of advance auto distribution center DC 23 and not only was he rude, he is definitely not an advance team player
