    As I was walking in there was a male customer leaving. I heard the staff talking about how this customer should have his man card removed. Very unprofessional. I wish I would've turned around right there and left.

    Beth went above and beyond on a very cold day! She fixed the (customer caused) problem quickly and exceeded my expectations. She was cheerful and helpful the whole time. I hope she is working every time I need something there.

    If you need a part in an emergency, go somewhere else. The advance closest to my location was out of stock and my blower motor was going out. Before they could get it, it completely seized leaving me with zero heat or defrost. I went to the sawmill location to pick it up. The two characters working there were friendly with each other, but not me, I was treated like an npc. By the time I got there, I was frozen to death so I bought a ratcheting tool that didn’t ratchet. When I had all but 1 screw out I had an emergency natural call from coffee and was denied use of the bathroom, but was instructed to go to Charley cheesesteak which I never did find. So I went off on foot in single digit weather and wet feet to find a restroom since my windshield was frozen and I could not see. Could not find a close bathroom so I finally ended up at autozone after risking everyone’s lives on the road, where I removed the last screw. I realized they handed me a blower motor with the wrong part number right on the box. So frozen windshield and all I screamed back to the parking lot by 7:55 just to watch them lick the doors early. I spent all night in a parking lot unable to drive and very nearly froze to death. I was pretty pissed at myself for not putting my glasses on and checking the part but they were frozen too. My reward for all my trouble from advance was they didn’t run me out of the parking lot trying to install the motor with frost bitten hands and feet. My dog was with me and sadly, I couldn’t even take him out of the car. If I had been treated like a human and just been able to use the restroom the entire nightmare would have been avoided. You would think if customer service isn’t incentive enough to get people to check part numbers, maybe the fact they gave me a $150 part instead of a $70 one would be. Guess this place cares about neither. And to think the part from the dealer was IN STOCK and only $10 more. I guess I deserve what I got.
