- FTFred ThomsonSep 5, 20251.0I went there to buy a caliper and had a $20 coupon for online shopping I could use but Zach the manager told me I can't use it because I'm at the store, made no sense and I knew he's wrong because my friend who is a mechanic and a regular customer here told me I should be able to get my $20 coupon. Went back again to get our $55 refund for the old caliper my buddy brought it up and he didn't want to admit he's wrong instead tried blaming me and denied his misleading. He wouldn't even make eye contact while speaking to us and had attitude whole time I literally had to ask him to hand me my copy receipt. It's clear this guy is either prejudice or simply didn't want to work. Way to go Zach ,you made your first time shopper the last as well as my buddy standing next to me witnessing your gross attitude. Many of other more of his family members ended their trip here as well when learned about this and I noticed my first feedback here got deleted and I do another one. Common, I'm allowed to let everyone know about what happened to me, it's freedom of expression and here I only described what really happened to me and want people to know it.
