  Fantastic Craftmanship!!! I took 3 bookcases and they did an absolutely fantastic job on the restoration! The before and after pics say it all. Fair pricing and spectacular work!

  Steve and his staff are courteous, friendly and professional. I had six kitchen chairs done and they are awesome! They were my grandmother's and match with her 1960's table top. Steve is talented and has the years of experience to do remarkable work.. He worked with me on deciding the fabrics to use and also had swatches mailed to me. They also did detail work cleaning up the metal on the chairs and replaced the sliders. I do not live in Ohio but the drive to drop them off and pick them up was absolutely worth it. I am so glad I chose them to do the work. Check out his Facebook.

  The quality of the work and politeness of their technician was excellent. The owner’s appropriateness and tact toward customers was not. I used them once while living in Columbus after another company did a botched job. The tech concurred it was bad. Owner refused to provide a statement on the workmanship to use in court. Then, I later attempted to use them again after moving 60 miles away. Owner tried to rip me off by charging a $300 travel fee. Left a bad review. Owner responded inappropriately putting the blame back on me saying I was just mad about them not providing a statement for my court case. Technician realized his boss was being a jerk and offered to do the work under the table. Having lived in many places, I came to find this is your typical Appalachia Ohio customer service experience. Thankfully, I’ve since left. Had a more detailed review until I learned Google tends to auto-suppress lengthy reviews. My yelp review is more detailed and is also where a bunch of rude and sadistic Columbusites flagged the review as funny (they really don’t know any better).
