  The staff never seems to be friendly. Had an issue, the gentleman did all he could to fix the issue.

  Can't speak with anyone on the phone.needed to ask if they recycle ATF. Called several times, they pick up, then hang up. Great customer service.

  Came to purchase license plate light&was told this was the last one. My lucky day,i thought. He says..Both bulbs are in one slot,but its OK. Also, he rounded up my change back to a dollar, instead of the .89. Im not looking to be deceived..but the reason it WAS the last one is because the bulbs were SMASHED into one compartment. Both were damaged. Im not angry, but upset annoyed &irritated . Also, the nerve, like I wouldn't come back while you INTENTIONALLY sold me poor product.sooo glad he wasn't there when I received my refund.

  I was in desperate need of new wind shield wipers as one of mine was so broken it would flap in the wind every time I would drive. I was also on a time crunch as I was leaving on a road trip the next day and really needed working wind shield wipers. I don’t know anything about cars, and to be honest, I don’t really plan on learning. I walked straight into this autozone and was helped right away. I told the worker that I needed new wind shield wipers, and that I didn’t know what kind or how to install them at all. The worker generously helped me pick a good option for my car, and started installing them for me. Mid install, it started absolutely pouring rain. I literally feel so bad, but I truly appreciate him helping me. I tried my best to use my umbrella to shield him from the rain, but my pink hello kitty umbrella is only so large. I feel like autozone should provide rain ponchos or something for their employees if it’s a requirement to help customers install parts, no matter rain or shine. Regardless, I am so appreciative and the workers at this shop are great and so helpful!!
