  The manager Carmella, she is so rude and disrespectful. She doesn't need to be a manager. Store is so unorganized. Waited 45 minutes to get a battery for daughters vehicle. Employees were cussing in front of customers. Livingston store needs improvements

  Came in originally to charge my car battery. They were extremely busy and seemed short staffed when i came. Damon was an outstanding employee. Acknowledged me and reassured that he’d get to me once he freed up. After helping me remove my battery to charge, we come to find out that it needs to be replaced. System showed there was some in stock but we could not find it despite our efforts. Damon and team called and confirmed that another store had it on hand. Since my battery was out of commission, i couldn’t drive to get it. Damon went the extra mile (literally) to personally drive and retrieve it to then install it back in my vehicle. Wow, just wow. Truly superb customer service. I’d give 6 stars if i could!

  Candace was amazing, she was able to switch out my key fob battery quick, in and out in 5 mins. Appreciate you!!
