I was trying to replace the headlight and vanity light in my car this weekend, and the bulbs I was picking were not fitting the new headlight assembly. Then a fuse blew while I was replacing the interior light and Ryan came out to the car to test and replace the fuse. What a doozy of a weekend but this is the store I'll come back to when I have my next project.

- AHAndrew HolbrookMar 4, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve used this store for years. I buy all my parts here and have always had solid interactions — until today. I was met with a counter employee who clearly didn’t want to be there. No greeting. No acknowledgment of customers waiting. Just sitting around scrolling on a phone. When I asked for help, I was met with attitude and rudeness. It got to the point where I had to address it directly. What made it worse? The district manager was onsite and did absolutely nothing. They couldn’t locate my orders and refused to exchange parts that were under warranty — even though I had already stopped in earlier this week to confirm the parts were still eligible. Customer service has clearly taken a back seat here. I’ve spent a lot of money at this store over the years, and today’s experience was unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and gets the counter staff back to doing the basics: greet customers, stay off the phones, and take care of the people who keep the doors open.
