  Overall I had a great experience with Alamo their employees are very nice and the car was great. The problem is their deceptive business practices. I was told my bill came to $290. That's what I agreed to. They ended up charging my card $342 after they added in their nonsense charges, very dishonest people. Maybe every car rental does the same thing I don't know I don't normally rent cars. But I will certainly not use these people again because they lied to me. Do business Anywhere But Here

  Everything was from check in to check out was excellent. The staff felt like family and very friendly especially after flying for 8 hours and being tired. Ceandra at the check in counter at the John Glenn Airport at Columbus, OH was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. The lady at the gate to let me out was very thorough with checking the car and everything was up to date and provided me with an ice scrapper. Checking back in couldn't have been easier and the gentleman who helped me was like we already knew each other like family. I have to say the staff was nicest and friendliest people I encountered my whole trip and reminded me of home. Thank you Alamo and I will use your service again. 5 Stars.

  I own a business heavily involved in customer service within people's homes, so I know its hard to find people who care for the customer. I wasnt expecting much from a car rental agency, but was pleasantly surprised with what I got. I didn't get his name, but the gentleman who checked me in was awesome. Very polite, and explained the whole process well. Toney was a world class employee also, and took care of us when we checked the vehicle back in. Shout out to both of these guys!

  Had a reservation. Even called to confirm reservation because it was a one way rental and i was using a debit card. I was told i could only use it at the airport location. Showed up to find out they can't accept the debit card without a return flight itinerary. Now why would I get a one way with a return flight. I was will to pay the deposit and any other fees. But nope wonderful company left me stranded 500 miles from home.

  Great experience all around. Check in at the airport was quick and easy with minimal wait time, and all the attendants were friendly and helpful. The BMW X3 was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. There were no issues with the vehicle at all throughout the trip. The return process is usually the part I find stressful, but this time it was just as seamless. Toney assisted us and made everything quick and hassle free, which I really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience. Will definitely rent with Alamo again.
