- SESteven EllisApr 2, 20261.0Black girl with the dread locks at the the colerain ave store couldn't figure out how to put my oil dipstick back in my car she changed the oil on so when I got home I checked it and she had bent the dipstick and didnt even push the dam thing down so it seals there was oil all over my engine.. dont need to be working at an oil change place if she cant put the dipstick back in how it was before she touched it

- RSRobin Van ScoykMar 24, 20261.0Went for a simple oil change only. It took them an hour to remove and replace the oil filter. They asked me who put in on so tight and I told them they did last time I was there. After they had finished, we drove for about two miles and the transmission began to lurch and not shift gears. Made it home and found they had drained the transmission of at least 8 quarts of fluid. I didn't ask for anything to do with the transmission. They may have ruined my transmission. Now I need to get a real mechanic who knows what they're doing to hopefully save it. Never-never-never go to this valvoline store in colerain if you value your car. This place is the very worst!
