Staff members rude, did not once come to me and tell me what was going on, and guided multiple cars to be serviced first. Very disappointed as a longtime customer!

The crew was very nice BUT I was a little disappointed because there was absolutely no explanation of what was done didn't see them check tires. He did say brake fluid was good power steering was good and did show me the dip stick. No receipt of any kind I guess because I heard the say there printer was down. Over all it was underwhelming. I will think twice before I return.
