  i recently started travelling to Cleveland, and i have to acknowledge the great service I receive from the team at the airport Chris is amazing and understands what customer service is all about. Even on the last security check, the gentleman who checked my license was so courteous. ( big beard with a bald head ) .. great guy really amazing team

  We always use National and love how helpful and easy their process is. We had an issue with a return date with a FL location and Pam, when checking us out in Cleveland, went out of her way to help resolve this issue. She is the absolute best, and I hope National appreciates the kind, courteous, and professional that she is. Thanks Pam!

  I love the ease of picking up from the emerald aisle, and my drop off was great. Getting the car, the agent at the checkout booth helped me find a few sneaky dashboard buttons since I'm not used to jeeps. At drop off, return agent Evelyn helped me- polite, fast, and friendly. I don't rent with any other car rental after discovering national This specific location shares a large lot with other rental companies and cars. But everything is clearly marked and some great national employees will wave you into where you need to be

  Great experience with National at the Cleveland Airport. Getting and returning a car was easy and quick. People were friendly; Jay Peters was a stand-out there. Great customer service!
