It’s in an awesome location to charge your car. The only problem is there’s literally one charger and it’s almost always full so don’t bank on using this.

As big as the westside of Cleveland is this is the only station. I always have to travel east to charge. We have places like Stealyard Commons, West Town shopping and places on Brookpark that would really be convenient for people to charge

I wish you could provide more evidence station on the Westside of Cleveland at library, grocery stores, hospital and other places that will have excess to.

The ccs charger connector requires you to press and hold it in, otherwise it won't charge. I hope evgo will repair it soon

Pros: I'm glad it's at a good and fun location. There's a lot to do in the surrounding area and lot of chargers should be put in places like this.
Cons: There's only one CSS charging head, and it's almost always broken or in use. You have to mentally be prepared to not charge here in most circumstances.
Whenever it is broken, you might be the unlucky one that'll have to discover it is. Every other time, it's been broken. It'll be offline for weeks or months at a time without a date to state when it'll be back up. Since there's only one charger, it obviously gets overused and breaks frequently with no backups. All other nearby chargers are owned by apartments and are underground/gated off. I've lost track of the number of times my car failed to charge. You're better off heading to the other fast chargers out west or out east. They've been more consistent.
And when it's not broken, and once again, since there's only one charger, it's always in use. Sometimes, the app is late to report if someone is or isn't connected or it shows green as one of the cables are available even though most cars don't use CHAmeDo
Overall, I wouldn't depend on this charger in an emergency. The nearest fast charger is 9 miles away out east
-Note EVGo requires a minimum $25 hold on an account to charge but will be returned in 1-2 business days. I've typically seen it at $0.35-0.45 per kWh. This means that if you have a 60kW at battery at 35kWh charge, it should take you about an hour and a half to fully charge. Costing approximately $21. Using the app and signing up for the promo codes can reduce the price down two around $15
