  Always great service...had an issue with our rental and the Tampa team made a quick switch and had us back on the road with no hassle and even provided a small discount for the inconvenience. Thx!

  Fast , easy, let me change to an Audi that I felt comfortable with, took stress out of checking back in during rain/ tornado weather and no electricity. Meely, Paul, Dominic, and Alex were all exceptional. The Cleveland Enterprise team was amazing as was the car, even in horrible weather, they made it a lovely experience.

  Enterprise continues to impress! The pick-up/drop-off were seamless, the car worked perfectly (and they even included an ice scraper which I needed!) and the staff are unfailingly welcoming and professional. I would never rent anywhere else!

  Had a trip last year from California to Ohio to visit family. Everyone was very friendly. Check-in was easy, car was clean, and overall service was great. Left some sunglasses in the middle console of the rental. Not realizing a day later upon return sent and email to the lost and found, next day got a email that the sunglasses were found in its case, 3 days later arrived in the mail, no damages!! We just paid the cost of shipping but it made our day to know they have a good honest team. Thank you!!

  I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Jameel at Enterprise, and I felt it was important to leave a review recognizing the outstanding level of service he provided. From the moment I arrived, Jameel was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Renting a car can sometimes feel like a stressful or rushed process, but Jameel made the entire experience smooth, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable. He took the time to clearly explain my rental options, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the vehicle before I left. What really stood out was how attentive he was to the small details. He made sure the car was clean, well prepared, and that I understood all the features. It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their work and truly care about the customer’s experience. Jameel’s professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly while still making me feel valued as a customer. In today’s world, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, and Jameel absolutely delivered. Because of his help, the entire rental process was easy and stress-free. Employees like Jameel are a huge asset to Enterprise, and his dedication to great service definitely does not go unnoticed.
