  Couldn't be happier with my experience with the team at enhanced transmission. The 62te transmission in my Chrysler Town & Country blew up. (Imagine that!). Ben was the only person able to give me a solid quote over the phone. Everyone else said drive it in and let us take a look at it. How can I do that? Enhanced came and picked it up for me. Whatever you do, don't take your car to any of the national chains you'll get hosed. It runs great, shifts great, great warranty great price! Thank you again guys for the great work!

  The best way I can describe this place is "organized chaos." Once you go there, you'll understand what I mean and it's pure magic. Ben and Sharon absolutely place customer service and integrity as a top priority. I had my silverado transmission rebuilt and we had a couple software glitches that were understandable and somewhat out of their control. They never hesited to make it right and stuck with until i was entirely happy. Not once did I feel unwelcome or being difficult. The chaos that appears is only because they try to help everyone that calls and stops in. When I intially called, Ben immediately said, bring it down and we took a lengthy test drive. He didnt try to push a rebuid on me. Instead, he gave me suggestions to keep it going. Unfortunately, after about 4 month's deterioted to a point where I wasn't happy with the shifting, but still very drivable. I'm just very petiular about my vehicles. When I called Ben and Sharon to schedule the rebuild, they didn't flinch and honored the price from 4 months earlier. So, if you don't get a call back right away, don't panic. it's only because they're treating somebody the way you'll want to be treated. Ben, Sharon and their techs are second to none, GREAT EXPERIENCE!
