I cancelled the help button so I could try another way to use my card and it finally worked. Upon trying to enter the wash I had my car in neutral and the worker did not know how to properly line my car up and kept telling me it was my vehicle that was the issue. I asked politely to back out after several times of him trying to get my car to run through on the track when it sounded like my tire was going to pop and after about 5-6 times trying he finally allowed me to back my vehicle out. I never even received a car wash and was still charged 25$. Do not recommend the Cleveland location as I have gone before and have never had a problem until now. Terrible service and charged money for absolutely nothing.

We have the safest and best car wash technology in the business. The "closed-foam" wraps used in our car washes are unable to hold onto dirt or sand as they clean, so they are unable to scratch your vehicle.
Do you provide towels?
Yes, we provide microfiber towels on hand for use by our guests. We also offer other complimentary supplies and technology, such as wipes and car vacuums, that customers can use to keep their car looking its best!
Do you have a family plan / discount?
Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to offer Fast Passes for one vehicle per membership. You can, however, purchase multiple memberships within a family.
