  i went there for a 2 front tires to be replaced and i guess the tech or no management didnt know how to load my car on the lift , and resulted in them ripping my side skirts off and break all plastic clips also it fell off going 30 mph and scraped all across the concrete and destroying my paint on the side skirts , went back to the place and the “General Manager” Aimme wanted to set up an appointment too just put some tap screws in and call it a day , when she asked her tech what’s the best thing to do he told her “ two things you can do its either replace it brand new or just tap screw it in and she instally wanted to tap screw it in without even looking at the damage on my car , then she lied to me and said she was going to contact a body shop she works with and try to get it fixed said she would call me back in the next day and still 3 days past and nothing horrible customer service went there for just 2 tires to be changed and came out with 2 side skirts that need to be replaced and still don’t know if there’s anymore damage underneath the car , i’ve went to the tire choice on lakewood and they changed all 4 of my tires and didn’t have this problem, also i called them at 7:30 in the morning before going back there to explain the situation and she only told me she was going to take some calls and call me back in the day i waited all day before i had to end up going there cause if i waited too late they would be closed cause they be closing 30 mins to 1 hour early horrible service worse tire change i’ve had and i’ve been to worse tire shops and never had this issue very disappointed and no help!

  DO NOT TRUST THEM TO DIAGNOSE . YOUR VEHICLE I called Sunday Morning and asked the lady how much it would was to diagnose my vechical she said 35$ I asked when was a good time to in she replied 230 I told her I would be staying so I took my Ford explorer in on a Sunday at 230 I was told when I arrived the suspension guy left even though she quoted me the time but I proceeded to tell the lady that it felt like one of my tires was going to fall off that my vechical was pulling all over the road and also was making noises they checked it never put it on the lifted never jacked it up but quoted me around 1300$ they told me I needed a front driver lower control arm and a front passenger lower control arm n an alignment now luckily I was smart enough not to trust this since I know there was very little play in both front tires and if I would of got on a highway or God forbid out my kids in my vehicle and continued to use it believing what they said was wrong which mind u if that was the problem it would of had no call for caution if that was what was wrong I could of drove my vechical out of state and the only problem I would of had is would be pressure on other parts but I left drove 3 minutes home and parted my vechical didn't use it Monday at all actually worked my kids to school and walked to work Tuesday I reached out to another mechanic for my car to be diagnosed lucky again I didn't get on a highway or put my kids in my vechical but half way to the mechanic which was a 6 minute drive my back driver side tire broke completely off my vechical thank God I'm not hurt thank God my kids were not in the car I see now why I wasn't charged but they did write me a receipt and I will be looking in to taking legal action thank God I was smart enough not to have any faith in this company at all not once did u ask was this a four wheel drive and I'm guessing since u didn't know u didn't think to check my back tire at all I'm guessing ur suspension man wasn't there and u wanted me to go so u had someone unqualified to diagnose the problem diagnose it I could have lost my life my kids could have lost their life this company should be ashamed of these actions I pray no one else has to go through what I'm going through

  Called day off and they were able to squeeze me in. Sam was a big help and the service was done in about half the time I thought it would take. Will be doing back to this location in the future.
