  Shoutout to Derrick Johnson! I don’t usually take the time to write long reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves it—especially because of Derrick Johnson from National Auto. From the moment I walked in, Derrick made what could’ve been a stressful, rushed rental experience into something smooth, easy, and honestly enjoyable. Derrick was beyond professional—he was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. He didn’t just rush me through the process; he explained everything clearly, answered every question without making me feel dumb for asking, and made sure I got the best option for my situation. You can tell right away when someone actually enjoys helping people—and that’s exactly how Derrick is. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was clean, ready, and exactly what I needed. He even checked in to make sure everything was perfect before I left. That kind of attention to detail is rare these days. Most places just treat you like another number—Derrick treats you like a real person. His attitude alone makes National Car Rental stand out from the rest. Because of Derrick, I’ll be choosing National every time I need a rental. Great service like this is what builds loyal customers. National Auto is lucky to have him—and honestly, Derrick Johnson deserves a raise, a promotion, or at least major recognition. Employees like him are the reason businesses succeed.   Arrived for my rental car only to find out they did not have it. (It felt like the Seinfeld episode) Due to time, I accepted what they had and moved on. A couple of days later I received a call from National apologizing for the issue. They then offered to make it right by reducing my rate. I appreciated that and felt like I was a valued customer. Things happen, I understand, but when you make up for a shortfall, you earned my business. I will continue to rent from National. Thank you

  Renting from National Car Rental is a perfect experience. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and helpful and the selection of cars is vast. Finally, their pricing is competitive and even better for loyal customers.

  Absolutely horrible customer service to the extent we are cancelled our company contract with national. I have attempted to contact local offices and there is no way. It's apparently a secret. I left something in a car, my fault I get that, I have not been contacted by anyone from national and it's been over a month (I'm awear it's a lost cause but it's the point now). I couldn't go to the local office because I was on a business trip. I'm crushed at what I left but even more disappointed I have not been able to get anyone to help. What has this world come too, how sad. Bye National I know this means nothing to your company losing us but hopefully someone will get something from my loss. DO NOT trust National, you can't even contact them with out going through India.

  Great car rental experience at this place. If you are an Emerald club member you get to choose from a group of vehicles. Spouse driving is included without a fee.
