  Joe was especially helpful, price conscious, and a pleasure to work with. After getting a flat tire from these crazy potholes, I was able to get a replacement quickly, which was much appreciated!

  Terrible schedule call center don’t have the accurate time slots she over charged me them while I was there she wrote prices on the board thing after I said something she tried to argue about what y pay elsewhere

  I went here for an oil change, and then started getting low oil pressure lights the next day. Took it somewhere else and they showed me that Mr. tire didn't even change out my old oil filter.

  Knowledgeable front desk staff, honest mechanics. I had my own tire from Amazon and they mounted and installed it for me for less than 40$, picked the car up a few hours later same day. They also checked the alignment for free and examined my wheel since I hit a monster pothole- thankfully it all checked out okay!

  Horrible experience, workers showed up late, spent more time socializing with each other than working on cars. I went for a oil change tire rotation, 1 and a half hours to change 5 quarts of oil and a oil filter. Put my truck on a lift where you can't rotate the tires, then told me they didn't need rotated, how convenient. Serious waste of time, I had a early appointment so I could get on with my day and got stuck there for way longer than needed.
