  Best parking garage in Cleveland. Easy entry and exit but limited spots. If you are going to camp out early at Rocket Arena for an event, this is the cheapest all day garage you can get.

  Oversold parking and I wasn’t able to park. left with nowhere to park an hour before the game. Attendant says too bad you can apply for a refund. Park Mobile says no. Who can I contact?!?

  Needlessly confusing and frustrating. Dont know if the parking structure and the building that uses it are coordinated at all, because the hotel we booked at had no clue what was happening even though they were the ones that sent us an email explaining what to do. The instructions and the link provided did not work and layout is so confusing and badly built (jagged pillars scratching cars). If you can, park somewhere else 🤷🏽‍♀️
