Your receipt will show an incorrect exit time, but the Notice of Non-Compliance will list the accurate exit time--along with a photo of you leaving. You will be hit with a $102 fine from Parking Revenue Recovery Services, Inc. in Colorado. They give you a month to dispute the fine before sending it to collections, but it takes them 2 weeks to send the notice, effectively shrinking the dispute window to 2 weeks. From there, it takes multiple business days for them to reply to an email. If you call them, you get stuck talking to a mumbling representative who can only recite a script, irrespective of your individual situation.

- AWAshley WebberAug 7, 20251.0Zero stars. Don't park in this parking lot. You're better off parking elsewhere even if it cost more. I have had issues with this lot 2 times now. First time I was double charged for parking. My 2nd issue when I tried to park there in July the payment portal was messed up and not showing the price quoted on the sign that was out front. Regardless I was having issues paying. So I figured they would end up sending me something in the mail and I would try calling someone. I called multiple numbers and set emails with no luck of getting ahold of anyone. 1 month later I get a bill in the mail for $102 when the parking was supposed to only be $15. Save yourself the time and hassle and drive passed this place and park somewhere else.

It would worry me for next time if I reserved a spot if one would actually be available.
