  LAZ Parking at 515 Euclid Ave should seriously reconsider how this facility is managed. As a resident of the nearby apartments, I pay $225 a month for parking, yet it’s incredibly difficult to find an available spot most days. For that price, parking should at the very least be assigned or reliably available. Today, for example a Tuesday 1pm normal people are going to and from work. I drove up and down all eight floors twice and still couldn’t find a space it’s an inconvenience. This isn’t a one-time issue; it happens regularly, wasting time and fuel as I circle the garage. Situations like St. Patrick’s Day make things even worse, with non-residents filling the garage for events. It feels like LAZ prioritizes maximizing revenue over serving the residents who pay monthly for parking. With frequent downtown events—sports games, holidays, and more—this problem comes up multiple times each week. Overall, the lack of reliable parking has been extremely frustrating and is a major factor in my decision not to renew my lease.

  Good quiet garage. No issues. Take pictures of signs to not forget where ya parked, like I did.
