    11/14/25- Alex and his team were truly amazing, patient and efficient . This was my first time renting a car from Enterprise and almost hope lost but Alex made our experience pleasant and very satisfied with the service. He is an amazing manager and goes above and beyond for his team and customers. Thank you so much.

    The vehicle they gave me was in great running condition and came at a great price! The staff at the downtown location were very understanding when my vehicle came back late due to an unexpected hospital visit. I would definitely recommend enterprise, especially the downtown location to anyone looking to rent a quality rental for whatever the occasion... Thanks Nate!

    My visit started out interesting but my goodness, Alex came and saved the day. He has beautiful customer service and he get right on what he's doing. You didn't have to wait. He made sure you're need was met. You know he didn't try to take advantage of you for anything more than what they charge. I will give him a tin for his heartfelt compassion and doing great job.

    I will not rent from an Enterprise again, since they gave me a 6 month nightmare because they don't do a good job of keeping paperwork organized.
