After driving over 3 hours total to get a reservation and had it confirmed (talked to someone and said it was being cleaned at at the lot 100% ready for us) they refused to give it to us. We had a credit card and everything.

Big thanks as well to the staff at drop-off — in my rush, I left something in the car, and they found it and brought it to the rental counter for me so I didn’t have to go back and risk missing my flight. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely rent from them again!
