    I recently made a reservation with Enterprise at Cleveland Hopkins Airport and confirmed it via the text message they sent me. I relied on this confirmation, as I needed the vehicle immediately for travel and would have been stranded without it. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup time. Upon approaching the counter, I was informed by Jake that they were not renting vehicles to customers who were not flying into the airport. When I asked why I was allowed to make the reservation and received confirmation messages if this policy was in place, he could not provide an explanation. Instead, he stated that he had received an email from Heather F. Scruby with these instructions. I emailed her directly, but after two days, I still have not received a response. I then contacted Enterprise customer care and was told I would receive a call back within 10 minutes with an update. No one ever called me back. This entire situation left me nearly stranded in Cleveland, but fortunately AVIS—located right next to Enterprise—was able to provide me with a vehicle immediately and without a reservation. Given this experience, the lack of communication, and the failure to honor a confirmed reservation, I will not be using Enterprise again.

    We had rented a car from another Enterprise location in another city, but one of the lights were broken and we were stopped and got a written warning from the police. We then called the Roadside Assistance and were told the airport location was the only place we could swap our car. We told the guy who was at the lot (who claimed to be the manager who nobody else in there could change his mind), refused to help us, and was only willing to swap the car with a super small car (hatchback Mitsubishi Mirage). We told him we had to drive for 7 hours on the snowy road, but he refused to change his mind. There were many other cars available (WHICH WERE NOT RESERVED) since we called and asked, and also another so-called manager approved/admitted that they have at least 10 percent of their cars available. However, none of these two people helped us and after us insisting and trying to explain our situation many times and get them to understand the safety issues, they offered an Electric car (Nissan Fleet or something like that)!!! We told them that we had to drive 7-8 hours and Electric car was not feasible, but they didn’t care. They basically offered another impossible option just to shoo us away. The guy was super rude. The other one didn’t help at all either and asked us to leave in five minutes, but at least was not as rude as the guy. We had to leave with our existing car because we didn’t want to die on the snowy road with the old Mirage. I saw other reviews also mentioned this branch refuses swappings like this, and it seems Enterprise has done nothing to fix it. Enterprise should be embarrassed of providing such horrible service to their customers. We will take our business somewhere else.

    We are dissatisfied with the service. We rented a car for one day, but they charged us for two days. We picked up the car at 11 p.m. and returned it at 9 p.m. the next day. The next day, I received a bill for twice the amount, and on the receipt, I saw the return time as 4 a.m., even though this is a lie and we returned it on time.

    Hands down best place around to rent a car! They truly care about the customers and customer relations. they are fast at fixing any issues and I speak from experience they will do whatever it takes to make you feel like you're getting the best experience you can. Good job team and keep up the great work, from the staff at the counter to the guy and girls that are in the car returning station, you are all a blessing to have done service with and your treated me like a king.

    I had a great experience with Enterprise at the Cleveland Airport. The person who checked us in was kind, helpful, and made the process quick and easy. After returning the car, I realized I had left my jacket inside. Jay Peters went above and beyond to help—he personally followed up, texted me to confirm they found it, and gave me clear instructions on how to have it shipped back. Outstanding service all around. Thank you, Jay, and the Enterprise team for your kindness and professionalism!
