  Meel and Keenan provided me with awesome customer service support at Enterprise. I appreciate the attentiveness Meel provided at the counter. On my return, Keenan understood my frustrations with the vehicle and made attempts to fix my concerns. I was already returning the car and just really appreciated the customer service.

  Meel was amazing! They were a little busy when we arrived to pickup our vehicle and Meel was by himself moving the line fast! He went over everything with us thoroughly and quickly making sure any questions we had were answered! We even got to pick out the car we wanted which my wife was excited about. We’ll be back again for our next rental!

  Great car and very professional staff! Please take the time to let Mel at the counter that he provided impeccable service. In fact I have two work trips coming up and I’ve made the choice to use this particular enterprise location again! Thanks so much. Satisfied customer. :)

  When did a car from enterprise and the Cleveland airport would not exchange a car for me that had a dead defective battery in a mechanical issue enterprise customer service had me drive from Akron, Ohio to Cleveland. Hawkins airport to swap out the vehicle due to all branches being closed. I believe I was discriminated against for being a young black male and was turned away with a car that does not work in enterprise was not willing to switch out the vehicle at the airport I would highly not recommend renting from here due to unprofessional staff. And a shitty branch manager named Malik

  I have been renting from Enterprise for over 20 years. Very disappointed that Enterprise agents don't clearly explain what actually a toll pass is for. For someone who doesn't live in a state/area that has tolls this would be information that should be shared with every customer. You clearly see I am from another state per my drivers license. To receive a bill with a couple hundred dollars in tolls is definitely poor customer service. Most people I have asked where I live believe the same as I and that is the toll pass would cover you going through the tolls. I paid a service fee to Enterprise for nothing. They basically took money that I didn't even need to spend. WOW!!!
