Their website showed plenty of available cars, so I made a reservation , they even called two days earlier to confirm it. However, just one hour before my scheduled pickup, I was told they had no cars available at all, not even a single type. It wasn’t a holiday or a busy weekend, so this was completely unexpected. I don’t think they fully understand the meaning of a reservation. If a branch has no vehicles, they should inform customers well in advance. Because of this last-minute cancellation, I had to look for another company and ended up paying a much higher rate. Although the staff apologized, it doesn’t change the fact that this situation was poorly handled. I recommend booking from another nearby branch, such as Mayfield, where you’ll likely have a more reliable experience.
