  The folks here are unbelievably talented. They are true artisans. I’m so grateful they were able to fix a leather chair for me that belonged to my grandfather. It is approximately 20 years old, but looks new! See before and after. Lighting from the room is different but you can see their work is amazing. I couldn’t be happier.

  After five months of searching for an upholsterer in Northeast Ohio—following dead ends and disappointing recommendations—I finally reached out to my local car club. Multiple members raved about DuraMend, so I called. The difference was immediate. On customer service alone, they earn six out of five stars. Marie was outstanding—transparent, communicative, down-to-earth, and reasonable. We arranged a time to meet, talk through the project, and take measurements so I could order my material. When I called to schedule the work, they were honest about their timeline, which I appreciated. Quality takes time. When the day came, I dropped off my car with Shaun, the upholsterer, and we talked through the project again, troubleshooting questions together. When I picked it up, I was genuinely blown away. The work exceeded my expectations. What struck me most was Shaun pointing out areas where he thought he could have done better—details I couldn't even see. That attention to craft and that spirit of excellence says everything about who they are. I've now been driving this car daily for a month. Every time I open the doors, I'm flooded with happiness. The interior is transformed—livelier, brighter, a joy to sit in. I've recommended DuraMend to others in my car club, and every time someone compliments the work, I send them straight to DuraMend.   Within 2 years of buying my 2015 Jeep Wrangler I managed to put a tear in the driver's seat and wear down the leather steering wheel. I thought the only way to make both the steering wheel and seat look new again would be to completely replace them. Luckily, I decided to do some research and found "DuraMend". I made a call and they gave me a quote to repair both the torn seat and the degraded steering wheel. The quote was much lower than I expected. I scheduled an appointment for Early in the day that Friday. As soon as I showed up I was greeted by one of the employees who explained the process and assured me the job would be done within an hour. The work ended up being fantastic! I couldn't even see that the damage to both the seat and steering wheel were ever there. I'm so glad I found Duramend. I will recommend them to all my friends and family!
