    This is an edit to my earlier review. The young lady at AutoZone who helped me last night is Cierra. She is the perfect embodiment of great customer service and I am beyond grateful that she was working last night. Keep hold of her, AutoZone! Also your other employee also a young lady was very helpful and friendly too !

    Tonight at 4:30 my car battery died. I got a jump and drive to Conrad’s on Mayfield Rd in Mayfield. No greeting when I walked in. Told the guy my story. He said maybe he could put a new battery in on Monday not tonight and it was $350! Then I went to O’Reillys on Mayfield Rd. Oh they had a battery for $279 BUT it was too cold to install it. Not too cold for the battery mind you! Too cold for the technician! So I go to AutoZone on Mayfield Rd. Got a smile and hello how are you! The pleasant young lady said yes we have a battery and yes I can install it now—no charge! And it was $289. Seriously!!! She did it in like 6 minutes and I was on my way! Now that is awesome customer service! I’m going to get that young lady’s name tomorrow and post it here. I will recommend AutoZone all day long to anyone who will listen. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue!
