  I went into this autozone location a couple days ago looking for parts for my vehicle. I believe it was an employee named Nate was coughing and sneezing all over the store. I didn’t see him practice any sort of hygiene, I got sick only a day later and forced to call off work. On the bright side, I received the correct parts and the staff was helpful.

  Well kind of sad to have to do this bc besides Medina I always liked w117 BUT….Been put on hold very ignorantly I may add it was 4 times 9 mins 11 mins 10 mins and now 7 mins and I hung up. The commercial side is great but the staff that handles DIY.. feel real bad bc commercial at the W117th store is the best compared to the other Autozone stores in Cleveland…. But DIY half the staff plays on their phone and run their mouth about the other workers not working then not work themselves. But biggest thing customer service from DIY sucks at W117th. Hell even Kinsman ave on the east side is nothing but respectful, nice good attitude and helpful now that’s saying something

  John was absolutely great to work with. Helped me select the right wiper blades and was kind enough to put them on for me despite the fact it's 17 degrees out and he had no gloves on all so I could make it home safely. Can't say enough nice things about him!
