  I bought my battery from here and it died within the first month, took it back to switch it out and the second was also defective (my mechanic tested it and told me it wasnt a good battery). After going back to let them know the situation and if I could get a replacement or a potential upgrade, the employee told me they had a 1 time limited warranty swap. My warranty on my battery is for 2 years so I was very confused and never have i heard of such a policy. I went online, it says nothing of this "1 swap warranty" and called other autozones to which they told me thats not a thing and bring it in and they'll swap it out. I dont know if it was because I was a woman, which I really hope not, or the fact that they were closing in two hours but the fact that the employee lied to my face and tried to get me to purchase and entirely new battery is unacceptable.

  Courteous and efficient service! They tested our battery and verified what we already suspected, that it was bad. Then they helped us purchase a new one and even installed it. The process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

  Deangelo was an amazing representative for your company he is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He knew what I needed based on my description of the light I described. I said a polygon and he immediately knew it was the engine light.
