Starting to become my home away from home. I have gotten some great deals. If only they had a lil more reasonable prices for radiators. Aside of that, I am a loyal customer.

I got lied to three times today by this company. First, the part i needed was said to be in stock at location one according to online. It wasn't. They pointed me to another store that their internal system said had it. Store 2 didn't have it and then said store one had it. After being told they were wrong they found it at store 3 in parma heights and they got then to hold it for us and promised they would do the instal to my wife.
We get there and pickup the cabin filter and they refuse to do the installation saying "they dont got into customers cars to install things"
Since the hell when? When did this policy change? I got lied to 3 times today by this company. I'm taking my money elsewhere from now on.
