  People here on Clark Ave very helpful and KNOW what they are doing. Angel assisted in what was a rather complicated battery install due to some faulty holding backets and support columns that hold the battery in place. Dude worked through the problem and found a good solution to ensure the battery wasn't moving anywhere. Don't know what i would have done without his help. 10/10 - Take you business here

  La verda que hay una señora que abla español que lo trata mal a uno fui a comprar ahoy primero de el año y en pesaron adecir si no IVA acomprar que no mirara cuando estaba viendo. Cuales para brisas quería. Todos los que trabajaron ahoy 1 de enero 2026 todos me trataron mal no recomiendo ese lugar lo ven a uno como que si quisiera robar cuando uno solo ve lo que quiere comprar que esté en buen estado The truth is, there's a woman who speaks Spanish who treats customers badly. I went shopping there today, the first day of the year, and they started telling me that if I wasn't going to buy anything, I shouldn't be looking at the merchandise while I was trying to decide which windshield wipers I wanted. Everyone who worked there today, January 1st, 2026, treated me badly. I don't recommend that place. They look at you like you're trying to steal something when you're just looking at what you want to buy to make sure it's in good condition.👎

  I called ahead to make sure that they offered free battery installation, and they said yes. I came in, they tested the battery, and then sold me a new battery and asked if I needed it installed. I said yes and went outside to wait. They then came out and said they had some bad news. The manager told them they couldn’t install it because it was snowing, which it had been the whole time. We went in to talk to the manager, who was not very apologetic and still would not install it. He said he told his worker to tell us they couldn’t install it, but they never told us, so he didn’t want to take responsibility. They at least allowed us to return the battery. Edit: We went down the street to o’Reilly, and they were nice but told me up front they couldn’t install it for me, so then I went to autozone down the street, and they installed a new battery no problem for the same price.
