    Let me start by saying I have six vehicles in my family and I come in your store for one reason or another multiple times a week. I'm usually met by smiling faces and men willing to help with all kinds of things. Between these six vehicles, i checked my bank account, and I have spent over $800 religiously, at this store specifically for the last 6 months..I have no need to go back further to prove I am a faithful customer. I live less than .2 miles from your store and thanks to the woman that works there, i will NEVER COME BACK. Today was the fifth and final time she has been nothing but rude and disrespectful. While the rest of the service members are amazing, and i tip them very well for whatever they help me with, she has had several opportunites to be at the bare minimum helpful, and shes just nasty. Ive been the only patron in the store and she has refused to read codes on my car, she has told me she's too busy to help me find things several times, when shes just been standing there on her phone. She is unkempt, smells awful, and is the rudest customer service professional ive encountered in any retail store ever. It matters because shes garunteed ill never come to the store that is within walking distance of my house, ever again. I have come into this store and been met with a ton of kindness. I had a guy help me out once for about 45 minutes and I tipped him $60 cash and dropped an envelope off later that probably never made it's way to him. I have two toyotas 06-08 that I buy oil for constantly bc they burn it, wiper blades for six cars multiple times a year, basic necessities, and supplies for every brake job and oil change we can do from our home just a few doors down, its a lot honestly. And ill never purchase another thing from here. I have never had another employee, other than her, pitch a fit when I have asked for anything. Maybe I wait a few minutes for someone to read a code on one of our cars, fine. No problem. I can waitn im more than pleasant and habe told her more than once that she is the only employee that works here that is unwilling to help and she told me todsy to shut up about it, shes busy. There were theee people in the store. Shes been consistently rude, and denied anything I have ever asked of her and none of your other employees have ever acted like that. She doesn't wear a name tag/wont share her name with me but shes the only female ive eber encountered there and its 10/25 and I went there around 215 today. I was just there twice this week spent 425 one transaction and 315 another and it was more busy and had i zero issues.. today was abysmal. Shes rotten and ill neber be back tha ks to her telling me she doesnt have.to do a free service for me, or anyone else abd if I dont like it to leave. Well ive left, and ill take my nearly $1000 a month business anywhere else

    Always helpful, only parts store I go to. The auto one there's always a wait and the Murray's, the customer rep.usually has an attitude and their not real knowledgeable about vehicles.
