  Needed a car after the hail storm came through and was able to secure one at the Cleveland Heights location. The employees were nice and accommodating even while being inundated with phone calls and people coming in to get rentals. Unfortunately the car I received smelled like stale cigarettes and had to use multiple air fresheners to help lessen the smell as well as drive with the windows down often. When turning in the vehicle I brought this up and they were very nice and understanding. Would definitely rent with the company again.

  Car was great, no problems & employees were friendly & professional. However the time it took to get a car on Monday morning was unacceptable even though I had an appointment through insurance i waited over an hour. Employees said it is always like that on Mondays. After a lengthy wait, the first car he brought me to wasn't cleaned &15 minutes later, the next one, they couldn't locate something (plates or keys). There were many ppl waiting there for a long time, not just me. I am used to renting cars at the airport which takes just a few minutes so was quite surprised. The drop off, thanks to Tom, went very smoothly. Would recommend not to pick up on Monday morning.

  I recently rented a 15 passenger van from Enterprise in Cleveland Heights, and was very pleased with the vehicle and the customer service. The folks I worked with were professional, courteous, and adaptable to my situation. The vehicle was clean, in great shape, and fit the bill when it came to my transportation needs. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need to a rental car in the area.

  I want to give a 5 star review on Mr Joe. On being so professional, and had exceptional effective communication, and was very knowledgeable and listening to what I needed. I kind of gave him a bit of a hard time when choosing rental I wanted but nevertheless he still helped me with what I needed and had so much patience with me as well, all while dealing with so many other task, and getting them done. I highly recommend dealing with Joe.
