- JMJerry MannNov 15, 20255.0Jalen, a new employee (as he later told me), greeted me and gave me a complete explanation of the car wash services available. He was kind and efficient. When I had a question that he didn’t know the answer to, he quickly got an answer from his supervisor. The supervisor was very thorough and clear. When I asked if service had improved since last season, he was candid about his understanding of then situation and assured me that the situation was improved. Last season, I was getting bad car washes and the place seemed like it was not being adequately maintained. The car wash today was not bad, but the machine missed a few typical spots: mainly on back. My car was filthy so it might need a 2nd pass. However I feel the prep work, done by the supervisor, could be more thorough and include brushing around the front and back.

So I agreed, but I also said I would like to cancel immediately after I went through the car wash, only to discover that two of the left brushes were not operating. Today I realize they not only continue to charge me but also upgrade the wash from basic to a more expensive wash Since this car wash doesn't have a posted phone number, I had to drive to the location to complain that I was still being charged after canceling the prior month. The manager looked up my account and said they dont provide refunds. Not for the second month I'm being charged for a service I dont want. Why would I want to waste my money on a car wash that promotes monthly passes, knowing their equipment doesn't work? Why would I want to pay for a car wash that doesn't wash my car? Take your money somewhere else.

Do your machines scratch vehicles?
We have the safest and best car wash technology in the business. The "closed-foam" wraps used in our car washes are unable to hold onto dirt or sand as they clean, so they are unable to scratch your vehicle.
Do you provide towels?
Yes, we provide microfiber towels on hand for use by our guests. We also offer other complimentary supplies and technology, such as wipes and car vacuums, that customers can use to keep their car looking its best!
Do you have a family plan / discount?
Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to offer Fast Passes for one vehicle per membership. You can, however, purchase multiple memberships within a family.
