  I took my van in there because the front brakes were grinding and had a burning smell coming from them so they charged me $1,400 and when I get my van back they changed all the back brakes

  I been going here a while everything was cool , appointments was on time overall satisfaction.. until 4/3/26 I had a appointment at 1:00 , didn’t get started until 2:00 also I got a call from the store manager I’m assuming after I left saying I am banned from the location all because i stated that the man at the front desk look like he was on some type of drugs .. they took that very offensive as if he was .. he was very in space , didn’t make any eye contact , movement was slow and also added more than what I was told before my appointment then changed it back to regular pricing after talking to someone! Customers and they matters should be handled no matter what! great customer service should be giving with a smile , eye contact and customers complaints and problems should be solved that’s all part of a business! Things could have been handled differently but you have lost myself as well as 8 other family members that visits this location ..

  very helpful, got me in quickly without an appointment! I was able to use a coupon I received in the mail. My car was done within the hour!

  Love the hospitality from the assistant manager and love the enthusiasm from the tech the great service and help made my day assistant manger and my tech are the best

  In my opinion they run auto repair the correct way. I’ve been to this location 3 times and each time when o compare their approach prices and knowledge to their neighboring competitors, they’ve exceeded expectations. Solid structure and crew hopefully that doesn’t change any time soon.
