Kevin told the other associate Jade not to worry about checking my lights or turn signals because in his words "no need, were not checking anything because he's only doing the conventional". I was in total shock. They only offer 3 oil changes and I opted for one of them. Why is that such a problem? Is this the type of experience I can expect at all Valvoline's?
- JLJeff LMar 2, 20263.0I didn't care for the way this particular shop puts a tube down the oil fill to the oil pan to suck out the oil when their is someone next to the drain plug changing out the filter. I've used Valvoline before and this was the first time I seen this. while I will continue to use Valvoline, I will not go back to this location.
- EREduardo RosadoFeb 16, 20261.0i use Amsoil as my oil, all other services I do at Valvoline with their products, they charge 52 dollars for this other oil and filter and Bob Sumerel charges 20, they also do not carry Amsoil brand. i understand not liking to use a competitors oil, however I do transmission flush, and all other oil changes with Valvoline, now because of this charge i’m changing all my vehicles over to Bob Sumerel. Again if oil was the only thing I did then yes go ahead and make it painful, however I do quite a bit of additional work that would merit a lower charge for the quick labor.
