  So when I first pulled in a young man was toolin around under my hood and I was watching as any smart person would’ve and I saw him go to the coolant cap and I tried not to think the worse but sure enough he twisted that thing off there with no cation nor any thought about what could happen if the coolant cap would come off, so he took it off probably burned him self in the action, all I gotta say is new hire or not that’s a safety issue and train your employees better and stop ignoring these ratings, i ignored the rating and I got was was comin to me. DONT IGNORE THIS ONE!

  Had to wait over an hour for an oil change. Then they left a piece off my car. I had to go back for them to put it on. I waited another hour in line for them to put the piece back on that they forgot! It was ridiculous!

  I had 2 hours between my work meeting and getting back to the office so I figured let's stop and get a quick oil change cuz my car needs it. Usually it takes me about 10 minutes at other valvoline's, but apparently this one takes two and a half freaking hours just for one car to finish in front of me and now I'm late to work, I was told I'm getting written up, it's my freaking birthday, and I don't get to work today because I'm a field marketer and my team has already left the office and I have yet to get my car's oil changed. Changed. So here I am sitting in line right now right behind a car with their hood up on the inside with employees. Just walking around drinking their little fast food cups acting like they're working and apparently it should be anytime now that I get my oil changed almost 3 hours after I should have got my freaking oil changed! I'm furious. Don't ever go to this specific location because this location sucks and it's full of really slow employees

  Staffing shortage caused long wait times. However, I was more disappointed when I was told I needed a new battery. I explained I was a Triple A premier member and would get a battery from them. I was also told my car required a transmission flush and a new engine filter and declined all services. I made a special trip to Triple A and explained employees at Valvoline had just told me I needed a new battery. So, the manager and a tech brought their tester and informed me my battery was still in the green and should be good for another year or more. Upselling and deceiving customers to persuade them to buy extra products and services is a dishonest practice and will hurt business in the long run.

  I recently brought my vehicle in for service, and when I left, I noticed the tires did not appear to have the proper air pressure. The next day I also began hearing a ticking noise, which concerned me, so I returned to have it checked. When I arrived and asked a service technician to check the tires, he questioned why I thought they needed to be checked and mentioned that I had already been there the other day. I explained that I understood someone was in training at the time and that the tires may not have been filled to the correct pressure. I do want to say that the manager was very polite and took the time to speak with me, which I appreciated. However, the staff member I spoke with was not very polite and seemed to have a negative attitude. The interaction did not reflect the level of customer service I expected.
