  The crew was awesome, they were very efficient with the work. Their vibes was awesome. And they were working together to help everyone. I usually go to the one in colerain but this one is better and closer to me. You’re treated as a customer should be, without being treated like that’s just another Customer. Thank you

  Donald and Cydne took great care of me and the management was great. Didn’t feel pressured to get anything I didn’t need which is big for me. Donald explained everything to me very comprehensively. Loved seeing women working there as well. Will be coming back for my next oil change! Thank you guys for the great experience.

  I came in after another location hadn’t drained my oil prior to adding new oil. Oil had gotten into the exhaust and smoke was billowing out. The manager, Sonja was incredibly helpful and understanding and got me squared away. Gave me another oil change and personally ensured my car was in safe driving condition. Truly don’t think i’ll go to another location. Sonja helped turn a stressful situation into positive one. Couldn’t recommend store 39 in North Bend more.

  This is the ABSOLUTE WORST location for oil change. Do not go here if you want to feel safe, valued, cared for. They are so rude, unkind, they treat women like they do not matter. They will let you leave their location with your skid plate dragging on the ground. They will lie to you. Find another location.

  Friendly staff & amazing service! I needed some quick help putting air in my tires and drove in to just ask if that’s something they could do real quick. They were immediately happy to help! I offered to send them a few bucks but they told me it wasn’t necessary and that they were more than happy to help! Their customer service is why I choose Valvoline to get my oil changed every single time! Small gestures do not go unnoticed and are appreciated!
