  I had such a great experience at Tire Discounters and highly recommend them. I had a 16 hour road trip and Dallas went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and ready for the road. What really stood out to me was the honesty, professionalism, and integrity throughout the entire process. He took the time to personally inspect everything, made sure the issue was properly handled, and gave me real peace of mind. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great customer service with genuine care, but this location absolutely does. I truly appreciate the attention to detail, the transparency, and the fact that they treat people with respect instead of making them feel brushed off or upsold. This will definitely be my go-to shop moving forward. If you want a place that is trustworthy, thorough, and truly goes the extra mile, ask for Dallas at Tire Discounters. Highly recommend.

  Took my truck in for alignment, called and they said I’ll put you on first thing the next morning… brought it in tha same day for them to be able to do it first thing next morning. Waited 4 DAYS never heard anything from them so I called and they said oh it been done it was done the next day but I her received a call. Picked it up looked under my truck and noticed it’s missing a part that locks the Tie rods from spinning and also truck now pulls hard to the right. Highly don’t recommend this location ever since the old manager had left and took the only good service tech

  Shoutout to Dallas the manager and his team. I was met with the unfortunate findings of a bent strut from a vehicle I purchased at a used car lot (Cardinal Motors Inc. - who unfortunately refused to assist except for the manager who took money out of his own bonus to somewhat help). Dallas met us with the same kindness as the manager from the car lot. I was kept in informed every step of the way and was given wonderful customer service with every interaction I had. My wallet may have been hurting a little bit by the time things were done, but they made the process easier and were very respectful.

  I’m very thankful to Chandler and his team at tire discounters. It was 5 o’clock and all of a sudden my tire pressure sensor said one of my tires had very low air. I just happen to be a block away from tire discounters. Chandler was able to get my car in, the tire patched, and I was back on my way in less than an hour. As a woman I often worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs. I did not feel that way during my interactions with Chandler.

  I my car needed some regular maintenance done, oil change, brake fluid replacement, etc. The sales team said they had a package that does all of it, but included a coolant flush. I thought I had just had that done and wouldn't need that but couldn't remember exactly when. Sales team said let's put it on there and just have them test it before doing a flush and maybe we can change the work for something else. Well I got a call much later that day saying they were really busy and my vehicle was just getting in right before closing and it should be done soon. So they hadn't checked the coolant yet, never got another call until it was time to pick up and they said they did a coolant flush. I was checking receipts and I had had the coolant flushed 6 months earlier. It was basically brand new, no way they checked it before flushing, so I paid extra to have my perfectly good coolant flushed. It's a shame that the sales team and the mechanics don't communicate better. I'd have really like to keep coming here, but that was a very costly experience on my end. Lesson learned.
