- RCRonald Clary4 days ago3.0Had a appointment for tire rotation. I had them check the alignment as well. It was slightly out of alignment. This should not have taken 2 hours and 15 minutes. Watching the employees while waiting, there was no sense of urgency. There was much talking between employees during my visit. The pulling out of cell phones as well. Really was no excuse for this to have taken this long considering the amount of customers vehicles being serviced during my time there. Normally this location is good. They treat their customers good but today was not the level of service expected.

He makes snide remarks and the customer hears him because he doesn't care that they hear him. Devin takes your money doesn't even explain the invoice. You ask him about the invoice he then pushes the invoice towards you and walks away. This guy is killing Tire Discounter store business. As long as this guy is here im never coming back. I'll find somewhere else. Plus the tires I purchased was overpriced.

My fault for not checking my paperwork before I bought 4 NEW tires. I got new tires from them 2 years ago. I shouldnt have needed ALL new tires!! I will never go back.
