- DGDoug Gillum2 days ago2.0I waited til emotion was not a factor I this review so here it is… the staff is friendly and accommodating BUT technical and mechanical knowledge is lacking. I brought my truck in for two work orders, installing after market tow mirrors and tailgate light strip. First the tow mirrors - all went well with the exception of running lights working on exterior. I was told it was a bad wiring harness. Called supplier and had a new one sent. Went back a second time to have this corrected and have tailgate light strip installed. Still no working running lights even tho they had detailed videos to refer and I had tech support on the phone telling them the possible issue - which it was - plugged into wrong door jamb pin. The supplier walked me thru the fix and all is well with the exception the broke my window regulator on drivers side while messing with mirrors. Told supplier the issue and they said to check wiring getting pinched. Indeed it was the issue due to not paying attention to putting door back together. Now on to the tailgate strip. All went well with the install itself but after leaving and driving 30 min home, I find I can’t open tailgate or use backup camera. Drove back to have them fix to find out it was not plugged in properly. Again lack of attention to detail. Sadly I will never use this shop again. Hopefully this review will help the staff “get it together” and warn those seeking their service to TEST and QUESTION everything. Go back into shop and watch if you need to. While not the end of the world I paid good money only to have things setup incorrectly and other functions broke. Very disappointed.

They did an excellent job tinting the front door windows, as well as a sun visor tint strip on my windshield. I couldn’t be happier!
