- YPYota's & Poncho's6 days ago1.0Had my windshield repaired last week. Wasn't thrilled with repair. It looks like a bug splatter or hard water spot right in my line of sight and the wipers act weird over it now. I paid cash. The dude handed me the work order. When I got home I get a text saying sorry you canceled your appt! So I asked a couple times for a real receipt and he brushed it off. I guarantee he pocketed my cash! I checked safelite website and my repair is supposed to be warrantied no record of it ever happening so if it cracks my lifetime warranty is nowhere to be found. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I have a good mind to drive back down there and teach him a lesson.

Also safe-lite is recommended by progressive insurance but I chose jacks glass. Clean lot. Great lobby. Higher quality glass than what was offered than safe-lite. Very satisfied with jacks glass.
- NNNeonMar 23, 20261.0Twice I have wasted my time at the Glenway shop and just fixed the problem myself. If its not glass repair specifically, don't bother. The first time my window pane fell off the track and I had no idea what happened, they wouldn't look at it and I ended up doing it myself in 2 hrs with a YouTube video. This time I even called ahead of time to see if my problem was something they could take care of, was told to come in so they could look at it. The mechanic I saw didn't take a single look at the problem I was having, just bluntly said they wouldn't have the parts and to go elsewhere. Unhelpful and poor service.
