Taven was absolutely excellent to work with from start to finish. He made the entire car-buying process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured.
What really stood out was his honesty and professionalism he genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle, not just making a sale. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our decision and got the best deal possible.

I had a great experience with Chris Lucas (sales), Alex Turner (financing), and the rest of the team here. Everyone was courteous and open both via email and in person, even when it came to my leveraging a better offer against theirs and pushed back on the interest rate last minute. Obviously they're sales people and have to do their job, but they weren't pushy and honestly I enjoyed working them. I will be recommending them to anyone from here out and will definitely be contacting Chris the next time I'm in the market for a car!

Very disappointing experience with Superior Honda, specifically with Stevan Scott.
We had finalized the price in advance over messages and even scheduled an appointment to take delivery. Based on that confirmation, I arrived with my family, check in hand, and loan approval ready—expecting a smooth process.
However, despite having an appointment, we were made to wait for over an hour while he continued assisting another customer. When he finally attended to us, he changed the agreed-upon numbers, which was completely unexpected and unprofessional.
This experience broke our trust. It felt like our time and prior agreement were not respected. I would not recommend dealing here if you value transparency and commitment. I’m willing to pay more elsewhere, but I won’t return to a place where I can’t rely on their word.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Honda service center I brought my car in for an oil change and was charged for a tire rotation that was never performed.The technician clearly stated in the service video that he did not rotate the tires because the good tires were already in the front and the worn tires were in the back and he said it was better to leave them that way. Based on that no rotation was done.I pointed this out to the advisor but he insisted multiple times that the rotation was completed even though the video clearly shows otherwise.I was still charged for the service.
After leaving I went to another shop to get my brakes done and realized my wheel lock key and lug nut kit were missing.I immediately returned to the dealership since I kept calling and they were not answering on phone.I was kept waiting for over 2 hours while staff tried to figure out what happened. In the end I was only given a partial replacement just one piece which does not resolve the issue.I was then told they could not replace the full kit because my car had left the dealership for a few hours, even though I returned the same day after discovering the issue.This is unacceptable, as the items went missing while the vehicle was in their care
Overall this experience involved incorrect billing, lack of accountability and poor customer service. I expected much better from a Honda dealership
