  I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with the staff at Jeff Wyler Nissan on Colerain. Everyone was so pleasant and funny at times. Kyle Neal the man with 2 first names (Smile) took very good care of me. He was so attentive to my needs. He made me aware of some important things concerning the transaction and my new truck. We laughed at and with each other. Thank you Jeff Wyler. You have a good staff there. Kyle Neal the man with 2 first names, YOU ROCK!!

  Offered me 15.5k for my car on Facebook, drive 40 minutes to the dealership for them to offer me 7k in person, made me wait an hour and half to get an offer for less than half what he said. Gerald the GM doing some shady business practices have all the messages to prove it too. Don’t waste your time. Their same Honda dealership looked at it and offered 13k and I said no, which they have access to and he comes at me with 7k what a joke.

  Worst experience at a dealership - 03/27/26 inquired about a used vehicle @ 10:30am. Dealership stated it was a "hot" used car that we needed to act quickly. We arrived 40 minutes later to test drive the vehicle with secured financing through our credit union underwriter already. Test drove the vehicle and wanted to move forward with purchasing the vehicle. The only price negotiation was on the Jeff Wyler Pulse (3rd brake light system $59-$99 part..) that is installed on every vehicle for an $899 markup. I stated I had no interest in the part, would like it removed and if not I was more than happy to walk over it. Dealership sales consultant came back stating if you finance through us, we will remove the item. They matched the rate, so we moved forward - We walked into the dealer mind you at 11:15ish. Paperwork was signed, temp tags were created and the car moved to detail. I left my wife there as we needed to pick up kids and take them to sports. Roughly 2 hours later, at 3:00PM I get a call from my wife stating the car never completed its pre-inspection and that we could not pick up until Tuesday. This means that the Pulse system was never installed on the car that they wanted $899 for. Dealership did not offer a ride home nor a loaner car for the inconvenience this had caused. I drove 30 minutes back up to the dealership and we cancelled the deal. The car was reposted a day later for $1,000 more than its original posting. The next day we bought a car from a Honda Dealership in Beavercreek. The process was extremely seamless.

  Car lots like these are why people don’t trust car lots 👎 Vehicle advertised under $18,000 online (already almost over KBB fair value for the VIN#), we expected to pay no more than an additional $2,000 in dmv fees and taxes. Scheduled a test drive and got ready to drive 3 hours before receiving a voicemail and email with a new price for the vehicle of $20,000-$22,000. This new offer included an itemized list of fees such as a $300 “Government fee” (?) and a $899 service charges for plug-and-play mod that is standard in the vehicle’s base stock and more than likely was already installed in the vehicle prior to its purchase by the lot (the part is $30-$60 online 🤡). Reading the rest of these 1-Star reviews leads me to believe this is a common extortion method used by this specific lot. We told the lot we were not prepared to spend anymore than what the vehicle was being listed as plus taxes and a standard dmv/doc fee, which would bring out OTD offer to ~$19,000. The lot’s response to us refusing to pay the sudden additional $4,000 in ghost fees and service charges was to leave a snide voicemail saying “the car is already under $19,000; if you’d like us to increase the price to $19,000 we will happily do so.” Don’t let these people attempt to scam you and then spit in your face after addressing their false advertisements. I have literally never received worse service or treatment from a car lot. Huge disappointment.

  Fantastic experience at Jeff Wyler Nissan Colerain. Romell Martinear (he goes by Mello because he’s very chill and easy to be around) did a great job at showing me the vehicle options I was interested in and made sure I could get the 2 tone paint job I wanted. He was very prepared to show off the Sentra SR and we had a nice test drive around the neighborhood. I came in a few days later while Kyle Neal was working to purchase. Kyle is also fantastic and is a true professional as well as a sales MVP. Brian and Perry were also super helpful and “Big Deal” Jim Stineau helped me get my financing straight - no fuss! Overall this was a 10/10 experience thanks to the team members I mentioned.
