    I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. While they did honor the advertised price of the vehicle, the way they handled financing completely undermined the deal. The car was discounted to the point where they were clearly taking a loss (around $4,000). Instead of being transparent about that, they tried to make up the difference by steering me into a higher interest rate through their financing options. I specifically requested to go through my credit union at a 5.49% rate, but they told me it “wasn’t approved” and made it seem like a higher rate was my only option. It felt like they were trying to recover their loss on the back end rather than being upfront, which came across as misleading. I ended up walking away and going somewhere else, where I was able to finance a loan for $5,000 more than their offer—through the exact same credit union I originally asked to use—at the 5.49% rate. On top of that, my monthly payment is lower than what they tried to get me to accept, and the loan term is shorter. If you’re considering buying from here, be cautious when it comes to financing. Don’t assume their “only option” is actually your only option. Transparency and honesty go a long way, and this experience didn’t reflect that.

    What a great experience! We are normally at dealerships for hours after we choose our vehicle, but they made it so easy and seamless. I can’t say enough good things about our salesman, Christian Penafiel. He was easy-going but was very detailed about everything we should expect and gave me a great overview of the vehicle once it was purchased. He didn’t stop with just a sale and his sales manager made sure that we had the best person for us. They have the best finance person and he was able to get through our paperwork and have us out the door within 15 minutes. Jeff Wyler in Kings is the best dealership we’ve dealt with in a while. Just be prepared to have to ring a bell at the end! But seriously, thanks for such a great experience and we will be back!

    I purchased a used 2014 Nissan Maxima from Jeff Wyler Nissan at Kings Automall on February 20, 2026. The dealership advertisement stated that the vehicle had air conditioning. Immediately after completing the purchase — and before leaving the dealership — I tested the A/C and found that it was not working. I brought this to the salesperson’s attention, and he confirmed the system was not functioning. In addition, after driving the vehicle at interstate speeds, I discovered that the steering wheel shakes aggressively. More recently, after a short drive, the vehicle produced a burning odor and the front right wheel became extremely hot, indicating a potential brake system issue and safety concern. I have provided documentation of these issues and am currently working to resolve the matter with the dealership. I hope the dealership will take the opportunity to address these concerns appropriately. UPDATE: The dealership took care of me and resolved my issues. I appreciate their willingness to make things right. They do care about their customers.

    No stars absolutely zero. This freaking automotive service department at "Jeff Wyler Nissan" are a bunch of CROOKS!!! I brought my Nissan Frontier in it was having problems they said $200 to see what's wrong with it, fine. They call a day later and say that it's something wrong with the electronics under the main fuse box, under the hood. They say they are going to have to dig in there to find the problem and it going to cost me an additional $700 in just labor; for them to dig into the wiring and figure out what the problem is. Just to find "the problem" and then they would have charge me again for the parts they may need and more labor to install said parts. Well I'm no electrician but they said it was all corroded and nasty, when i got there I looked at the wiring and it was basically spotless. So I'm like no thanks and I took it to another place a father and son owned place "R & M Forein Auto Repaire" in Mason Ohio on Reading Rd. Dropped it off they said they were busy it might take a day or two to get to it, fine. They called the very next morning and said they looked at it and figured out what was wrong with it and fixed it!!! Ready for me to pick it up. I get there and so for their diagnosis, parts and labor total bill $200 even!!!!!! Said it was just a bad coil pack on one of the spark plugs so it was an easy fix they they charged for the part and the labor. They could have told me anything, charged me anything, but they are honest, good people. I would highly recommend them over "Jeff Wyler Nissan" any and every time. (PS I'm never going back to that Nissan dealer)
