    TAYLOR WAS AMAZING! I had an excellent experience working with her! She truly made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle, not just making a sale. She was funny and easygoing too!

    Just bout a car 2 months ago and my service engine light came on and when I went to see what was causing the engine light to come on I found it was a 7000 dollar harness that needed to be replaced. When I call Hyundai about it they are basically saying it’s nothing they can do. I’m furious because why would they sell me a practically new car not knowing or possibly knowing it had an electrical issue? I will never come to this location again these car dealers are evil! Now I’m basically out of a car after purchasing a 2021 Hyundai sonata in January 2026. This is crazy!

    Pretty darned good car buying experience. Found a car online through Autotrader and then went to Jeff Wyler of Hyundai website to find out more on vehicle. Was contacted immediately by Austin who answered questions, sent pics and set up a time to see the car. Drove an hour + to see the car after getting a great KBB offer from Jeff Wyler. At the dealership the negotiation process was smooth. While I had hoped to get some knocked off the car I was buying, they did more-or-less match the KBB offer and Tim was friendly during the negotiations. David handled the paperwork and got me in and out quickly. He was also very friendly. Oh, and Austin even set up an appt for me at the local Pep Boys so that I could get new tires and a battery before heading back home. It’s difficult to give 5 stars on much of anything these days, customer service sometimes lacks, but I’d give Austin and his team 4.98 stars easily, I’ve bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealers and this is the best I’ve been to in at least 8-9 yrs. If I hadn’t just bought a great vehicle that should last me 10+ yrs, I’d go back sooner. I will certainly tell my friends and family about Austin and the folks at Jeff Wyler Hyundai.

    Service as expected. Cost was what I expected. Staff was friendly asks answered my questions. Your facility is clean and the waiting area is comfortable. I appreciate and have come to expect the video report as well as the physical report. The only suggestion I would make is to give the cars a quick wash before returning the car to their owners. I originally bought from a dealer Hyundai dealer in Arizona. They too had wonderful service. The wash at the end just kicks the service up a notch. I was surprised that the car was not in entry bay. I’m used to drop off and pick up being in the same place. This happened at both my Arizona dealer and the dealer in Fairfield.

    Sold me a vehicle with their word to fix the failed lifter in the engine. Had the vehicle in service for a week and told me they towed it to a GM dealership so a GM mechanic would be the one repairing the engine. Told me my vehicle was ready for pickup after a week. Went to pick my vehicle up and they never sent it to GM or repaired the lifter because their Hyundai tech couldn’t find anything wrong with it despite the engine still having a tick and the tick had worsened after they admitted to driving it and at high rates of speed in an attempt to get the engine to fail after my mechanic husband of 16 years requested it not be driven and towed due to risk of worsening of the lifter failure resulting in metal shavings being sent throughout the engine and potential for the engine locking up. The 1 star is due to them allowing us to back out of the deal or else I would’ve given them 0 stars. After being assured that this vehicle wouldn’t be relisted and sold to some poor unsuspecting family it was pretty disappointing to see the vehicle posted for sale on their website again less than a week later. Grateful to be rid of this very unsafe ticking time bomb of a vehicle but sad it’s now some other family’s problem. Wouldn’t recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone especially Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Colerain. Crooked business with no regard for safety who would do anything just for a deal. Beware of the white blacked out 2019 Yukon xl with approx 84,000 miles on it that was at Jeff Wyler Hyundai colerain, a beautiful vehicle that’s a ticking time bomb of a death trap.
