    I went to Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain to test drive a Honda Civic Hybrid hatchback. Naturally, the salesperson pulled up in a sedan. When I pointed out that a hatchback and sedan are not the same, especially in terms of cabin layout and NVH, he confidently told me they are “basically the same,” then began opening doors and pointing at things while saying words. Lots of words. While pointing at features, he also pointed out a bunch of dealer add-ons already on the car. Pricing was never explicitly discussed, but it was clear the advertised online price was more of a suggestion. Before the test drive he asked what I liked about the Civic Hybrid, and I said I had heard it handles well and is actually fun to drive for a hybrid. Unfortunately, I never got to confirm that, because the test drive was about one mile, four left turns, and a nonstop commentary track from him. When we got back, he asked if I was ready to buy. I said no, since I had barely driven the car and it was not even the one I came to see. This was not my first experience like this here. The last time I came in for a Civic Si, they had several available, but each one came with a $5k to $10k “because we can” adjustment I passed then, and I passed this time. The best part came later. A couple hours after I left, my mom texted me asking why Honda was messaging her about Civics and EVs. Instead of using the number I provided, they contacted my mom, who bought a car there in 2004. Honestly impressive. Not correct, but impressive. Overall, if you are looking for: - The wrong car - Pricing as transparent as the Ohio River - A test drive shorter than a warm-up lap - A running commentary instead of actually hearing the car - A King of the Hill style “yep” experience - And your family members getting surprise marketing texts ..this is your place. If you are trying to actually evaluate a car and have a straightforward experience, you might want to keep looking. Interestingly enough, not all Jeff Wylers are run like this. I went to Jeff Wyler Mazada after this. No dealer installed addons unless requested and for the test drive, they gave me the keys, slapped my butt and told me to get em.

    I bought a car there in February and I had a number of problems with the process that I need someone to contact me about. Please email or call ASAP. I have put off leaving a bad review or taking any other action in the hopes that someone will respond and I've contacted them several different ways. I paid for the certification that supposedly included the inspection with I can't remember how many points. I am not at all convinced that the inspection was performed. I can see from the car fax that the brakes have not in fact been serviced even though the dealership claimed they were. I have gotten a notice from car fax that brake service is past due. The car was sold to me without wiper fluid, low air pressure, a quarter tank of gas, and missing tools in the trunk. And I still haven't received the paperwork to take to the BMV. I really need someone to make this right. Please get this to the right person and have them contact me. Thank you *Edited to reply. You need to call me. I have already called and no one lets me talk to anyone who can help and no one returns my calls. I just get AI generated texts and replies like the one you just sent. You have my number and numerous notes and complaints (still unaddressed) from me for reference. My phone is on.

    We had a great experience working with Tommy Gray this weekend. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every make and model we looked at and took the time to walk us through the details that actually mattered. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, explained things clearly, and always kept us informed about what was happening next in the process. Even though it was a busy end-of-month day, Tommy gave us his full attention and never made us feel rushed. He also ran the numbers multiple ways so we could make a confident, informed decision. If you’re looking for someone who is patient, transparent, and easy to work with, we’d definitely recommend asking for Tommy.

    Did not have a good time here. Called them about a car in their website they told me it was in stock and would be cleaned off from the snow by time I’d get there I drove almost an hour to go look at it and when I got there they told me they actually didn’t have the car. I told them the kind of cars I was looking for and they kept trying to push different cars on me. When we finally decided on a car it broke down on the way home. They told me to bring it back the next day so I drove all the way back there and then they informed me they didn’t have a loaner and if I wanted it worked on I’d have to either bring it back another day when they have a loaner or leave it without a car “I did a trade in”. Once I finally brought it back and got a loaner they worked on it for about a week with no updates then told me the car was done. When I picked it up it broke down again on the way home. Manager told me to bring it back and he’d drive with me to see what’s wrong. Drove all the way back and guess what no loaner! Came back another day and dropped it off when they had a loaner and they had the car for a month. I asked if they would be willing to pay my first month payment since they had the car longer than I did I had it for a total of 3 days while they had it like 29 and the manager has straight ghosted me. Anytime I call he can’t take the call and tells them he will call me back. That has been going on for almost a week. Horrible experience
